Due to the nature of our products, including food items and personal care products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@ai-zan22.info with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
